From the moment I met Terry and his family, I knew I was in safe hands. There’s something very genuine about the way they care — not just for their beautiful dogs and puppies, but for the homes those puppies will go to. You’re welcomed into their world like an old friend, and you can feel the warmth in the way they raise their litters. 

When I visited to meet the puppies, they didn’t rush a thing. They took the time to talk me through every part of the health testing, explained the paperwork, and — maybe most importantly — they could tell me about each puppy’s personality because they spend so much time with them. That level of care really stood out to me. 

As a first-time dog owner, I had so many questions, but Terry had already thought of that too — they added me to a WhatsApp group with the other puppy owners and themselves. It’s been such a lovely support system. We’ve shared advice, updates, and silly puppy photos… and knowing I can reach out if I’m ever unsure has been a massive reassurance.

 My miniature Labradoodle, Mabel, has turned out to be an absolute gem. People constantly stop us to say how sweet-natured and calm she is — not to mention her adorable little eyebrows! She has brought so much joy and comfort into my life, and I credit that to the way she was raised in those early weeks: with kindness, structure, and a lot of love. 

I can’t recommend Hershcoco Kennels enough. Terry and his family are true professionals with kind hearts, and I’m so grateful for the beautiful start they gave to Mabel – and to me.
